<sor-> in the back there is a underground passage..where we put old stuff..

<MagicMan> there were people there hanging out and sitting on the grass with me
<MagicMan> and checking out the building sites
<sor-> but right now we aren't building anything
<MagicMan> the waterfall was made just a while before too
<MagicMan> and the bridge/passage
<MagicMan> the puddles seemed more like mini-lakes
<MagicMan> well I guess that's all I can remember
<sor-> where is the puddles there is part of the garden with flowers
<sor-> and next to puddles some stairs
<MagicMan> the puddles (2) were both at the left side
<MagicMan> and I think there were some vegetation at the left/right sides

<FORTYoz> I got to vibrations after like 5 minutes yesterday
<FORTYoz> I tried to roll out by I moved my physical body
<Hermes`> good try
<FORTYoz> what do you think about the transfer of consciousness method?
<Hermes`> you will get the hang of it
<FORTYoz> hmm
<Hermes`> if you make the vibrations almost painful it will be pretty impossible to move the physical body
<FORTYoz> how do I do that
<Hermes`> you can use that method too
<Hermes`> I just like rolling out
<FORTYoz> how do I make the vibrations stronger
<FORTYoz> they aren't very strong right now
<Hermes`> try to focus on them and imagine them getting stronger
<FORTYoz> they only seem to last 15 seconds or so
<Hermes`> if you keep making them stronger they can last longer
<FORTYoz> and I always get lights in my third eye accompanying them
<FORTYoz> k
<FORTYoz> we ordered a jug of beer with lunch and it turned out to be like > 2 liters
<Hermes`> nice
<Hermes`> you can get out of your body when the vibrations are light; but the chance that you will move your physical body at this point is great, because you are not familiar with doing this.
<Hermes`> however with real strong vibrations you are nearly disconnected from the body, and there is much less chance that you will move a physical limb.
<FORTYoz> yeah I feel my astral body quite well now
<FORTYoz> I just can't get out
<Hermes`> very good, that is the natural progression. Keep it up you are very close
<FORTYoz> yay :)
<Hermes`> okay magicman how is it going?
<iWonder> I had a small OBE, last Tuesday
<Hermes`> really great, what happened?
<FORTYoz> I bought some astral projection books yesterday so I could read them in bed and get tired :P
<iWonder> not much, I tried to go somewhere and ended up somewhere
<Hermes`> fortyoz, yea reading about it before bed can help to program your unconscious mind for it.

<iWonder> Hermes, I face a problem on OBE'ing, it looks like I cannot see

<iWonder> anyway the trip finished when I was attacked by something

<Hermes`> well, the further you go from the body the less the chance that you will open the real eyes
<Hermes`> also, it is possible you are in your travel body, which has very subdued sight
<Hermes`> you can try to levitate upward and see if you start to travel at great speeds
<Hermes`> if you do, then your spirit guide is taking you someplace
<iWonder> I was travailing at mach speed
<Hermes`> oh then you won't see anything till you arrive
<iWonder> once in a while I could see the sky with stars
<Hermes`> you could be traveling through space
<Alchymist> back
<Hermes`> then you may see the stars
<Hermes`> sometimes you are not strong enough to go the entire distance. So your spirit guide will only take you part of the way. Eventually you will develop the stamina to go the entire trip.

<Hermes`> in Malkuth you can go to all sorts of places
<Hermes`> the energy was very strong today
<MagicMan> for once I was in a total different place
<Hermes`> so no doubt it made some of you dizzy
<sor-> the strong images btw were the one of the man and the chain

<GargowL> an "medieval" dragon or a Chinese one?
<Hermes`> well the Camelot plane does have a dragon
<Hermes`> but a dragon is also in many video games that you guys play.

<MagicMan> well I might as well spite it out...first I saw a really cool helmet (it had a orange glass visor) could be a biker helmet or other, then I saw a bit of the sky which was full of little clouds forming something like a net with a red sun behind it. Then I saw a building with some street lights in the front entrance and hedges around it. I saw then some bikes and stuff...people dressed as bikers and a yellow/fire symbol of an eagle.

<Hermes`> Binah is the guy with the big head, it is all you ever see of him

<Hermes`> and he has a big hand. It is the archangel Tzphkiel
<MagicMan> I saw a really cool one
<Hermes`> he resides in the sphere of Binah
<Hermes`> the planet for the zone is Saturn
<Hermes`> which is why I asked you what the planet looked like
<sor-> Saturn has a ring right?
<Hermes`> yea it does
<sor-> cool
<Hermes`> Binah is also the Throat chakra
<Hermes`> which could be a good healing for whomever had the sore throat

<Hermes`> magicman the Phoenix is from Tipherath. That place is very bright and modern.
<Hermes`> yellow is the color there.
<FORTYoz> phase1 has had a messed up throat for a few years now heh
<Hermes`> Binah is a more of a dark place
<FORTYoz> said its better since he started meditating
<Hermes`> ah good,
<MagicMan> it didn't seem to me to be a learning place...
<Hermes`> well that was just a thought
<Hermes`> how big was the helmet,
<MagicMan> seemed to be a deserted city with some bikers in it
<sor-> from the distance the planet was black..and the ring like red/orange
<Hermes`> because Tzphkiel has a big helmet
<MagicMan> well when I see objects I tend to see them in detail so I can't say how big
<Hermes`> helmet
<Hermes`> and Binah is also the sphere of beginnings and endings, so it can be a desolate place
<Hermes`> you could of been there as well
<MagicMan> looking at it like I did it could be any size

<Hermes`> what was the sky like?

<MagicMan> well it was more like a crow
<MagicMan> it could be pretty much any bird
<MagicMan> bird
<MagicMan> the symbol was made of yellow flames
<MagicMan> red eyes
<Hermes`> it could be one of the inhabitants of Binah
<MagicMan> the inhabitants seemed to be bikers
<Hermes`> well I'm just saying it is possible you went there
<MagicMan> something out of 'mad max' I guess
<Hermes`> well everything is subject to individual interpretation.
<Hermes`> still you did see something and experience something
<Hermes`> well a very good group meditation
<MagicMan> anything else to report?

<Hermes`> not too much, I was working on stabilizing the group energy. I did see everyone in a dark room all meditating.
<Hermes`> which could also be a sign that the group went together to the same place

<MagicMan> what's that about a dark room with all of us?!
<iWonder> may I ask what is the astral shop ?
<Hermes`> well I often see the group in a dark room when we meditate
<Hermes`> it is a nonphysical place where our energies combine
<iWonder> what does it look like ?
<MagicMan> I find that surreal to say the least
<Hermes`> well in its blank state this room has almost all shiny black walls and floor and ceiling. There are small squares tiles that cover the entire room
<Hermes`> if you look at the floor you would think the floor is wet it is so shinny
<FORTYoz> hm
<Hermes`> this is a holograph room of sorts. It can become things.
<Hermes`> sometimes my teachers will arrange lessons form me in this room
<Hermes`> or tests
<Hermes`> I use this room in group meditations because it is very easy for me to access.
<Hermes`> sometimes I see the group there, like today
<Hermes`> sometimes just one or two people
<FORTYoz> I just fell dizzy

<Hermes`> usually during meditations the room is not projecting any images.
<iWonder> in which plane is it ?
<Hermes`> yea the energy was high, so that could make you dizzy
<Hermes`> the room is located on the Etheric plane. It is almost physical in nature.
<MagicMan> h, can you see the people in there clearly?
<Hermes`> I just see people for the most part.
<Hermes`> not anyone very clear
<FORTYoz> why not
<iWonder> which leads me to another question, can we travel with the Etheric vehicle
<MagicMan> can you remember how many were there today? it would be cool if all us were there
<Hermes`> I saw about 6 figures in the room today.
<Hermes`> yes you can travel with the Etheric vehicle
<Hermes`> your Etheric form has two molecular structures
<Hermes`> heavy and light
<iWonder> so most of the beginners trips are etherical
<Hermes`> well most of the stuff in Malkuth will be on the Etheric plane
<MagicMan> how many of us were meditating?
<Hermes`> however Binah is in mental plane
<MagicMan> hey I think we were 6
<Hermes`> so it would seem in this trip some of you traveled in your lighter Etheric form to Binah
<Hermes`> because you can't get to Binah in your first Etheric form
<Hermes`> yea magicman this was the first time I saw a crowd in this room
<iWonder> how do we know if we are Etheric, astral or mental traveling
<sor-> that's why there was a lot of energy going around
<Hermes`> well most of the traveling you do in meditation will be in the lighter body (the second body).
<Hermes`> what happens is your...
<Hermes`> first nonphysical body is anchored in that black room or it can be anchored in your own room...
<Hermes`> and then your lighter nonphysical body goes off on the traveling
<Hermes`> even in Malkuth in this kind of meditation you are most likely using the lighter nonphysical body.
<Hermes`> in an out of body state things are different.
<Hermes`> you take more of your self with you, and less of yourself is anchored
<Hermes`> but these meditations are a good way to start to get your feet wet with these traveling techniques. And it also puts you in touch with very great energies that can help you.

<MagicMan> just realized something Khoronzon... I've seen a demon in a comics book named choronzon
<Hermes`> this aspect of his being is not in any ancient texts
<Hermes`> magicman, now you know where they go it.
<MagicMan> in the comic he's got a title of arch duke of hell...in one of the stories he makes a deal with a mortal protection in exchange of a helmet
<Hermes`> the Khoronozon of the abyss is more likely to scare the shit out of you
<MagicMan> mortal as in person
<Hermes`> it is his job to keep you on this side of the abyss
<MagicMan> the comic version is not very scary
<Hermes`> so he will use whatever fear or vice you have
